The second Issuance of CERs of “Gansu Lianghekou 15MW Small Hydropower Project ” was issued on March 4th, 2010. The issued amount is 72,600 t CO2 e. So far ESI has 15 projects with 25 CERs Issuance issued by EB. For detail information please refer to
